1. Conditions for return and inspection of goods

Customers need to check the status of the goods and can exchange/return the goods right at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases: The goods are not of the correct type or model in the order placed or as shown on the website. at the time of ordering. Not enough quantity, not enough sets as in the order.

The external condition is affected such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage… Customers are responsible for presenting relevant documents proving the above deficiencies to complete the return/exchange of goods.

2. Regulations on notification time and sending returned products

2.1 Time to return goods

Return notification time: within 48 hours of receiving the product in case the product is missing accessories, gifts or is broken.

Product return time: within 7 days from receipt of product. Return method: Customers can bring goods directly to our office/store at 15-A15 Dam Trau Area, Bach Dang Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City or send them by post.

2.2 How to get your money back:

How to get your money back: When we receive the goods, we will inspect the product within 3 days and pay your refund no later than 7 working days Cost of return: Customer Customers bear 100% of shipping costs from the customer’s address to our office at 15-A15 Dam Trau Area, Bach Dang Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City
